✅ Detailed Eligibility Criteria

1. General Duty Medical Officer (GDMO) – Yanam (19), Karaikal (05), Puducherry (01) – Total 25 Posts:

• MBBS Degree from any recognized Medical University / Institution registered under Medical Council of India (MCI) / NMC (National Medical Commission)
• Minimum 3 Years of experience after the completion of compulsory internship (post-MBBS)
• Must be registered with the State Medical Council / National Medical Commission (NMC)
• Candidates with post-graduate medical qualification (MD/MS) are preferred

2. Child Psychologist – Puducherry – 01 Post:

• M.Phil in Clinical Psychology from any recognized university or equivalent qualification recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI)
• Minimum 2 Years of relevant experience in Child and Adolescent Mental Health (CAMH)
• Valid RCI (Rehabilitation Council of India) Registration is mandatory
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in a government hospital / medical institution

3. Specialist Grade-II (Junior Scale) – Yanam – 08 Posts:

• MBBS Degree from any recognized Medical University / Institution
• Relevant MD / MS / DM qualification in the concerned medical specialty
• Required post-qualification experience as per the specialty norms
• Must be registered with the State Medical Council / NMC

📝 Selection Process for JIPMER Group A Non-Faculty 2026

Stage 1 – Written Examination (15 July 2026)

• Computer Based Test (CBT) / Written Exam conducted through the digialm portal
• Subject-specific papers covering medical / clinical knowledge relevant to each post
• Qualifying marks as per JIPMER recruitment norms
